At Lucetta, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged products
- Items purchased on final sale or with heavy discounts
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order once it’s approved.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
